Understanding Autonomous Systems (ASNs)
The global Internet is composed of thousands of interconnected networks known as Autonomous Systems (AS), each managed by an ISP, telecommunications carrier, or enterprise network identified by an assigned ASN (e.g. AS13335 for Cloudflare, AS15169 for Google).
